18. Inspect evaporator coil for dirty and debris

20. Clean Air filter or replace air filter (Owner must know the size of air filter)
21. Vacuum out blower compartment (Some 90% FAU are excluded from this do to having to fully remove venting system)
22. Check and inspect the condensate drain + suck out drain lines
23. Check all gas connections
