1. Check operating head pressure & suction as needed
2. Check condenser for coil blockage.
3. Check compressor starting and running amps.
4. Insure starting devices are switching properly.
5. Check refrigeration charge is correct.
6. Inspect access areas for signs of refrigeration leaks.
7. Check outdoor fan motor.
8. Inspect compressor terminal wiring.
9. Insure steel dryers, suction and liquid, service valves and other steel parts are not rusting excessively.
10. Check Hi and Low pressure safety controls.
11. Check air filter to insure it is clean.
12. Measure temperature drop across indoor coil.
13. Check indoor thermostat for proper operation.
14. Check that outdoor fan blade is free of vibration and not bent.
15. Check that all installed time delays function properly.
17. Oil condenser fan motor if possible and needed.
